Yet another food blog about random kitchen experiments, but with less talk and more pictures. So welcome anyone who wishes to keep track of said experiments!
What does 'Das Brot' mean? It's German for 'The bread' and non-sweetened bread with a more rustic texture and crumb is something I really miss living in Sweden. Um yeah, you could say it has become my ultimate food indulgence and obsession. Why this blog? Because I wanted a place for me to compile recipes that I tried and loved -- and why not share them with others :)
Things that are probably good to know:

- I created a community rather than a(nother) personal journal because it's much easier to maintain.
- All images but one are placed under a cut; image size above the cut won't be larger than 500 x 400 pixels.
- All content is licensed under a CC BY-SA license, unless noted otherwise.
