Das Brot

Now that spring has finally arrived, the plants and trees have again begun to sprout and grow and turn a vibrant green color. This is often celebrated in Sweden with nettle soup as nettles are one of the earlier signs of spring and chock full of vitamins and minerals.

Last weekend me and t_fischer went for a walk and brought back some nettles with us -- and turned them into fantastic, spring-y tasting soup.
